The Walla Walla Kennel Club began as a private club which was founded by one time owner Ward Gardner. On September 10, 1940 the WWKC was inducted as an AKC Club
Meeting Information
The next general membership meeting is May 21 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
Location: The Holiday Inn Express. 1433 West Pine Street in Walla Walla.
Dr. Smith will be educating us about parasites in dogs.
Junior Handlers will meet at 6:30 prior to the general membership meeting.
The Walla Walla Kennel Club All Breed Dog Show Obedience & Rally Trials was successfully held on April 26 and 27, 2008.
Thank you to all the WWKC members who so selflessly gave their time, energy and dedication in making these two dog shows such memorable events. The weather could not have been more perfect all weekend long and many happy memories where etched in our minds.
FREE! Handling Practice on Tuesdays around 5:30 PM at Wildwood Park (Corner of Division St. & Boyer St.) in Walla Walla and the public is invited to participate. Only the spring rain and an occasional short hail storm would hold us back from practicing with our dogs. Come on out and get your dogs ready for their next conformation dog show.
WWKC Basic Dog Obedience Classes every Tuesday evening starting May 6th at 5:30 p.m. Cost is $35.00 for all 6 weeks. The location is at Wildwood Park (Corner of Division St. & Boyer St.) in Walla Walla.

On April 26, 2008 "The Arline Kaminski Memorial Award" was honorably presented by Don Kamanski to WWKC Member Of The Year in appreciation of his or her dedication and support. This years winner for 2008 went to Toni Myers.
